How Do I Peel Veggies?

Very carefully. The reason? I'm left handed. Nowadays most kitchen utensils are ambidextrous... Including my vegetable peeler. There are many things that still aren't, like my fish spatula (I've devised a way of holding it left handed that works for me), which looks like this:

My ice cream scooper, which was my late grandmother's, is actually ambidextrous as well.  I'll bet yours isn't.  Newer models have a divot for a righty's thumb.

Anyway, I came across this great website for left-handers, www.leftorium.com.  Can you believe it?  It's great!  I can finally get a left-handed can opener and stop trying to be a righty.
